PCBrosLLC Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the PCBrosLLC Affiliate Program! We're excited to have you on board. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully, as they govern your participation in our program.

By signing up as an affiliate, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not accept the terms in full, you are not authorized to participate.

1. Program Participation & Eligibility

PCBrosLLC reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at its sole discretion. We may also terminate any affiliate account at any time, with or without cause. Affiliates will have no legal recourse against such decisions.

2. Affiliate Links & Coupons

• Upon approval, you will receive a unique referral link through the UpPromote system. You may also generate product-specific or collection-specific links.

• If a customer uses both your affiliate link and your assigned coupon code, only one commission will be credited (not doubled). However, if they use a discount code that is not assigned to you, the referral will not count—even if your link was used.

• Affiliates may be assigned a unique coupon code. If a customer uses both a referral link and a coupon code, only one commission will apply.

• If you're not assigned a branded coupon, you are not authorized to promote any coupon codes.

• You may promote your affiliate link and assigned coupon code through approved online (e.g., Facebook, Instagram) or offline channels (e.g., newspapers, magazines).

Important Note: If a customer uses any discount code that is not assigned to you, the referral will not be credited, even if they also used your affiliate link.

To earn a commission, the customer must either:
• Use your affiliate link without applying a discount code, or
• Use a discount code that is assigned to you

Orders that include unassigned or unrelated discount codes will not be eligible for commission.

3. Commissions & Payments

• Commissions are based on the order value, excluding taxes, shipping, and additional fees.

• To receive payment, you must provide your payment details via the Settings tab.

• Payout schedules are listed in the Affiliate Guide.

• Commissions are only paid on successfully completed transactions. Orders that result in chargebacks or refunds are not eligible.

• All commissions are subject to review under our fair use policy.

• You can view your commission status under the Commissions tab and any payments made under the Payments tab.

4. Marketing Tools

We provide promotional assets such as banners, logos, and campaign graphics in the Marketing Tools tab. You may download these files or use the provided HTML embed codes for your promotional efforts.

5. Affiliate Network (Optional Feature)

• If the Network feature is enabled, you may invite others to join as your downline affiliates by sharing your referral link.

• When your downline affiliates make sales, you may earn a network commission, based on program settings defined by PCBrosLLC.

6. Cookie Tracking

• We use cookies to track affiliate referrals. For tracking to work, users must have cookies enabled.

• If a user disables or clears cookies, referral tracking may not function, and commissions cannot be guaranteed.

• The tracking window (cookie duration) is outlined in your registration details. All eligible purchases made within that timeframe will be credited to you.

7. Voluntary Removal from the Program

If you wish to leave the program, please contact us at affiliate@pcbros.tech. We may also remove affiliates from the program at any time and for any reason, with or without notice.

8. Policy Updates

We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically to reflect operational, legal, or policy changes. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.

9. Program Termination

PCBrosLLC reserves the right to discontinue the affiliate program at any time without prior notice. Any pending commissions for valid, completed transactions will be processed accordingly.

This Privacy Policy explains how UpPromote, as the affiliate marketing platform used by PCBrosLLC, collects, uses, and protects personal data of merchants, affiliates, and customers. It also outlines the rights you have regarding your data.

By participating in the Affiliate Program, you acknowledge and agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy and any applicable terms and conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use the affiliate marketing system.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our practices, operational needs, or legal requirements. Continued use of the system after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.

1. Data Controller

All personal data collected through the affiliate marketing system is stored and controlled by UpPromote, which acts as the data controller for this information.

2. Information Collected from Merchants

When you, as a merchant, use the UpPromote app, we may automatically access certain Shopify account data, including:

• Email address

• First and last name

• Shop domain

• Shop currency

• Shop address

This information is used to verify your identity, contact you, provide support, and deliver marketing and advertising services.

3. Information Collected from Affiliates

When affiliates register for a program, we collect the following information:

• Email address

• Personal and profile details

• Payment information

• Social media or promotional channel data

This data helps merchants evaluate affiliates, manage in-app activities, and communicate with affiliates when necessary.

4. Information Collected from Customers

To track referrals, the UpPromote system may collect limited order information when a customer visits a merchant’s site and makes a purchase. This may include:

• Order ID

• Total amount

• Purchased items

This data is used solely for tracking referral performance and assigning commissions to affiliates.

5. Use of Cookies

Cookies are small data files placed on your device that help track activity for referral purposes.

When a user clicks an affiliate link, a cookie is stored in their browser to associate future purchases with the appropriate affiliate. Disabling or clearing cookies may prevent accurate referral tracking.

Note: To ensure the system functions correctly and commissions are accurately tracked, we recommend keeping cookies enabled.

6. Information Sharing

Your privacy is important to us. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties, except as follows:

• With trusted service providers who assist with specific functions such as email delivery, analytics, or marketing support

• Only as necessary for these providers to perform their role

• Always in accordance with this Privacy Policy

We will never share your personal information without your consent unless required by law.

7. Children’s Privacy

The UpPromote system is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. If you are under 13, you may only use the system under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

8. Your Rights

If you're an affiliate and your data is managed by a merchant, please contact the merchant directly. We act as a data processor on their behalf and will forward any requests to them.
